    SAMPARK – NIC eGov Mobile App

    Sampark App

     

    The main aim of the SAMPARK Application(android & iOS) and a totally progressive and responsive website is to provide information of Government officials (in service) about their present posting details and keep it updated by syncing with the respective data source by API. Posting information will include details like name, designation, office name, office address and contact details (like office phone no., office email, mobile etc.) which are mostly available in public domain or organisation is ready to put it in public domain. The users will be able to view this data by searching for an officer by name, post, office, city, allotment year. The app and web-site will be designed so as to provide the updated information (data is synced with online data), the users will get notified regarding the updation of new data. In order to assist the offline search, the data will be stored locally and will be checked for update with the help of a web API.

    The app also allows to share the contact information by using QR code. i.e. a specific QR code will be generated for individual contact so that after scanning the code, the user can get the required information on the go.

    A separate section for Notices will provide information about the present and future happenings (transfers, deputation announcements) in the respective organisations.

    This app provides interface in 22 notified languages in India viz. English, Hindi, Marathi etc.

    The objectives of the SAMPARK App and Website are as follows:

    -To have a uniform data of postings of working government officials.
    -To make searching for records of officers facile and straightforward through a common application.
    -To show recent/ current Notices.
    -To indicate about the updated data whenever available.
    The distinct objectives of the SAMPARK App are as follows:
    -Mark contacts as favourites.
    -Save contacts locally in private list.
    -To make the application functional even when offline.
